Deal Desk & Pricing Strategy:

  • Serve as central point of contact for Go-To-Market teams on customer contracts and non-standard pricing.
  • Build and maintain pricing and deal models for new business, renewals, and upsells.
  • Maintain pricing rules, product catalogs, and approval workflows in CRM and CPQ tools.

RFP & Proposal Execution:

  • Coordinate end-to-end RFP responses including requirements analysis, data collection, and pricing inputs.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant responses.
  • Maintain RFP content libraries and reusable artifacts to improve speed and consistency.

Contract Administration & Compliance:

  • Oversee contract generation for net-new and existing customer agreements.
  • Manage contract lifecycle within CLM system, including version control and approvals.
  • Track signature status and ensure fully executed agreements are distributed to stakeholders.
