About the Role:
- Drive hiring across core operational functions (Integrations, M&A, Operations, G&A etc).
- Act as a true partner to the business, owning hiring strategy end-to-end.
- Shape how we build teams as we scale, working closely with founders.
Requirements:
- 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or hybrid.
- Strong business partnering mindset and proven ability in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven approach.
