• You'll own performance management, employee relations, and listening surveys, turning data into actionable insights.
• You'll apply AI tools to improve program quality and decision speed.

Qualifications:

• You've owned end-to-end performance review or promotion cycles for a multi-team organization.
• You've handled employee relations independently and designed listening surveys with actionable results.
• You've coached managers through hard conversations and used AI tools for people-data analysis.
