Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer) for 15 to 25+ concurrent requisitions.
• Lead and develop a small recruiting team, including day-to-day management and coaching.
• Own active sourcing strategy and pipeline generation for leadership and hard-to-fill roles.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years directly managing recruiters.
• Startup or high-growth company experience with a scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience configuring workflows, scorecards, and reporting.
