About the Role:
- Early-career AE at an AI HR tech startup.
- Own full sales cycle and shape GTM strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Run prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close.
- Research accounts and build pipeline independently.
- Engage HR leaders, CFOs, and IT procurement.
What We're Looking For:
- 0-2 years experience and sales initiative.
- Hunter mindset, autonomous, strong communication.
- Interest in HR, finance, or AI is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $65k-$75k, $140k OTE.
- 50/50 base and variable commission.
- Remote within the US.
