About the role:
- Own the new hire experience from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring pre-employment activities are completed on time.
- Serve as the primary contact for accepted candidates and coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT, Training, and Operations.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR operations with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS and a process-oriented mindset with documentation and improvement experience.
