About the Role:
- As a Strategic Senior Implementation Consultant, you drive project strategies for Fortune 500 clients during the implementation phase.
- You act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients on optimal usage of Motive products and ensuring smooth setup.
What You'll Do:
- Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators for customer implementation programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver projects on scope and schedule.
- Host training sessions, monitor adoption, and travel to customer sites as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of project management experience in B2B, preferably in telematics, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools.
- BA/BS degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
