Senior Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely and careful resolution.
• Support the VP of Customer Support in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members, and maintain high support standards.
• Conduct data audits, imports, and analysis using Google Sheets, and escalate system issues to the product team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in a client-facing role supporting SaaS or web-based solutions, with proficiency in Google Sheets and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new concepts.
• Experience with IP docketing software is a plus, and a strong interest in technology is required.
