About the Role:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Support Engineers.
- Ensure smooth support operations and drive operational improvements.
- Act as escalation point for incidents and lead incident management.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with customer support software like JSM or Zendesk.
- Hands-on with Atlassian products and REST/Java APIs.
- Coding skills in Java/Groovy or JavaScript/TypeScript.
