Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for account setup and membership applications, handling client emails and calls for estimates, billing, and product info.
- Research prospects, communicate Business Wire's ROI, and maintain meticulous activity records in Salesforce and HubSpot CRMs.
Required Qualifications:
- Must speak French fluently and work Monday-Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM EST.
- Previous customer service or sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and resilience to overcome objections are essential.
Compensation and Culture:
- Offers a base salary range of $40K-$60K per year, determined by experience and market data.
