Role Overview:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the custom jewelry design and manufacturing process.
- Balance customer success, project coordination, pricing support, and production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer requests, clarify design requirements, and align expectations with production timelines.
- Coordinate with CAD designers and production teams, track order progress, and escalate issues as needed.
