About the Role:
- You are a core driver of pitch execution, ensuring seamless orchestration of new business opportunities.
- You operate as a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator keeping teams aligned and deliverables moving forward.
What You Will Do:
- Support the execution of multiple concurrent new business opportunities from kickoff through submission.
- Draft and compile pitch materials including written responses, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
What You Will Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in an agency setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
