As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will guide customers through the onboarding process.
You will work across departments to resolve complex requests and ensure a positive experience.

What You'll Do:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, from initial request to successful engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and custom requests.
Maintain accurate data and contribute to improving processes and documentation.

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in HR or customer-facing roles in an HR SaaS environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote, globally distributed team.
