What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive retention.
- Lead projects and operational execution for complex, strategic client accounts.
- Analyze plan design considerations and advise on improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience, required.
- 2+ years of account management experience with increasing responsibility.
- 5+ years of customer service experience and knowledge of pharmacy benefits, insurance, or healthcare.
