About the Role:

  • The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to health plan clients, ensuring deep knowledge of customer business and providing value-added solutions.
  • This role requires Health Plan domain knowledge and a strong understanding of how Health Plans operate to facilitate an optimal partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic partnerships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities.
  • Drive solution adoption, develop product utilization narratives, and maintain customer engagement levels to support NPS scores.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide solution-focused presentations and develop territory specific strategic plans.

Qualifications:

  • Prior health plan experience and exposure to healthcare organizations required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and a high sense of urgency.
