Account Manager - Behavioral Health

Job Summary:

• Manage a diverse block of customers, primarily in Arkansas, responsible for delivery of ComPsych's global employee assistance, behavioral health, wellness and work-life services.
• Utilize relationship management skills to strengthen customer experience and collaborate with internal partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer satisfaction and profitability, implement and manage program delivery including communication strategies, training, and utilization reporting.
• Retain and grow book of business by meeting satisfaction ratings and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Manage complex customer issues and escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to determine solutions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of account management experience required; Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare, or HR-related services preferred.
• Proven track record of selling additional service lines; stable work history; computer literacy in Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 USD plus bonus.
