GTM Architect - Expansion and Retention

Role:

• Apply a signal-driven, agent-centered approach to existing customer revenue base.
• Collaborate with Revenue Systems team to connect product usage, support, and renewal signals.

Impact:

• Secure renewals by building AI agents that continuously monitor health and flag at-risk accounts early.
• Grow existing customer revenue by designing and operating an agentic cross-sell motion.
• Optimize pipeline generation and renewal outcomes through controlled experiments without adding headcount.

Requirements:

• Background in RevOps, GTM Ops, marketing ops, customer success ops, or GTM engineering with hands-on automation experience.
• Proficiency in low-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) and Python/TypeScript for API integrations.
• Solid SQL skills and comfort with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) to build agents on trusted data.
