Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial engagements with biotech companies, CROs, and life sciences investors, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions aligning with customer goals in translational research, clinical trials, or AI-driven portfolio evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in B2B enterprise sales or strategic account management in SaaS, digital platforms, or services sold into life sciences or healthcare.
  • Background in life sciences, digital health, or AI-powered drug development, with experience closing complex sales in biotech or CRO sectors.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and value articulation skills, plus proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Compensation and Environment:

  • OTE compensation MRP of $250,000 comprising base salary and performance-based bonus plus equity, health insurance, 401k, and generous annual leave.
  • Flexible work organization and a friendly, informal working environment within an international team with high technical and scientific backgrounds.
