This position supports the growing commercial legal team and partners with enterprise sales to manage complex negotiations.
You will handle a broad range of agreements, from Master Services Agreements to NDAs.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of review, negotiation, drafting, and management of legal agreements.
Provide pragmatic advice that balances legal risk and business reward.
Champion Twilio's mission and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial transactions experience and bar admission in good standing.
Proven ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers and triage heavy workflows.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
