Account Targeting & Planning:
- Partner with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership to define target accounts and priority industries.
- Build and maintain structured target lists aligned to AWS and TTEC growth areas.
- Support joint account planning and outreach strategies.
Campaign Execution:
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including email, phone, and social outreach.
- Support marketing programs such as events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Qualify opportunities and convert engagement into meetings for field sellers.
AWS & Internal Alignment:
- Maintain regular cadence with AWS and internal teams.
- Stay current on AWS offerings, especially Amazon Connect and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and alliances to refine messaging.
