Founder Support:

  • Work alongside founders, primarily technical and B2B focused, to assist in acquiring their initial customers.
  • Serve as both a strategist and an operator, offering guidance on pricing strategies and aiding in the construction of value-based models.
  • Teach best practices for conducting discovery calls and provide tactical feedback on live calls.

Sales Process Development:

  • Build the foundation by defining early sales process steps, creating enablement materials, and experimenting with pricing models.
  • Lead end-to-end projects through live working sessions and async follow-up work to unblock founders and accelerate sales.

-Typical projects include listening to sales calls, helping design sales motions, and assisting in the creation of enablement materials.

Expertise and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Founding GTM / Founding AE / Founding Head of Sales role.
  • Proven experience in startups that achieved several million in ARR.
  • Ability to deeply digest a company’s ICP/persona/competition/market and recommend sales tactics that deliver results.
