About the Role:

• You will be the primary point of contact for clients across email, phone, and text, providing thoughtful and personalized support.
• You will partner cross-functionally to resolve client questions efficiently and coordinate with internal teams.
• You will identify recurring client pain points and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.

• You bring 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or healthcare environment.
• You have exceptional communication skills, are highly organized, and are resourceful in solving problems.
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and improving outcomes for autistic adults.
