Your Role:
- Serve as the front line of support for members, acting as a trusted guide to help them understand and navigate their healthcare benefits.
- Engage directly with members through phone, chat, and email to help them access high-quality, affordable care.
- Balance professionalism and empathy with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret nuanced benefit and claims information.
Work Environment:
- This is a U.S.-based fully remote position with schedules between 8 AM and 10 PM ET.
- You will work with a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency and individual accountability.
- The role requires adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and openness to feedback.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience, healthcare experience preferred.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, curious mindset.
