Job Summary:
- The Implementation Manager I is responsible for end-to-end project management of client implementations.
- This role ensures high-quality product delivery by driving project teams to milestones and collaborating with stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Be the primary face to the client during implementation, conducting impact analysis and documenting requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, open items logs, and weekly status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and support go-live, escalating issues as needed.
