You Will:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team to achieve revenue, renewal, and retention goals.
  • Develop and implement payer-focused sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance sales effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration and at least 10 years of enterprise software or healthcare sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams with significant knowledge of the healthcare payer market.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and the ability to travel up to 40%.
