Vintage Sales Representative

About the Role:

• Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Vintage Sales Representative supports the sales department by contacting potential customers, reporting sales statistics, and confirming merchandise from sellers for auctions, fixed price, or vault storage.
• This role demands high-level problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct communication with clients outlining Fanatics Collect services through auctions, fixed price marketplace, private sales, and vault storage.
• Respond to client issues and coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support.
• Maintain reports, track sales data, facilitate private sales, and onboard new B2B partners.

Qualifications:

• Sales background preferred with knowledge of the trading card industry.
• Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
