Customer Experience Representative

About the Role:

• Serve as a primary point of contact, handling complex questions and issues with empathy and critical thinking.
• Own client onboarding, both one-on-one and in group settings, ensuring clients feel supported.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances up to $10,000 with professionalism.
• Travel quarterly for live events, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with phone work.
