About the Role:
- Dutch is piloting mobile vaccine clinics at retail partner locations.
- This is a build-from-zero, ambiguity-heavy role owning the new business line end to end.
What You'll Own:
- City launch execution, staffing, vendor management, and P&L ownership.
- Build a repeatable playbook and coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Tech, and Finance.
What Success Looks Like:
- Pilot cities hit 10-15 pets/hour and $100+ average order value.
- Events break even and a documented playbook enables scaling.
What We're Looking For:
- 6-8+ years in operations with P&L ownership and vendor negotiation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and 60%+ travel during active launch periods.
