Specialty Sales Representative

Role Overview:

• ARS Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to transforming allergy treatment with the first needle-free epinephrine product, neffy®.
• This field-based role focuses on driving product adoption within a defined territory and building lasting customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory and account plans that prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Navigate payer and access dynamics while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and business acumen skills, with comfort using CRM systems.
• Must live in the territory and be willing to travel for conferences and account visits.

• Highly competitive base salary range of $120,000 to $155,000 plus performance-based incentive compensation.
