Position Summary:
- We are seeking a Product Support Specialist for technical product support.
- This role involves assisting patients, clinicians, and business customers.
- The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to support inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for devices, software, and connectivity.
- Document and escalate complaints in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years technical support experience.
- Medical device experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and CRM proficiency.
