About the Position:
- This role is both strategic and tactical, directing daily operations while evolving People Operations.
- You will partner with the Director to manage programs and help employees navigate key moments.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee recognition programs.
- Manage employee engagement systems and support ERGs.
- Support performance reviews and annual compensation cycles.
Who You Are:
- You bring 5-10 years of experience in employee experience or HR.
- You build trust, communicate clearly, and handle confidential information.
- You are highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity.
