Role Overview:
- Own the morning dispatch window, leading a team to ensure classrooms are filled and partners supported.
- Work remotely 6:00 am–2:00 pm Central Time, managing the busiest part of the day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop direct reports, set goals, and provide regular feedback.
- Track key metrics like fill rates and cancellations, using data to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Talent teams to place the right Guest Teachers in classrooms.

- Agile and nimble, able to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A skilled team leader and delegator with strong systems thinking.
- Professional, solutions-oriented, and mission-driven with 5+ years of experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary of $80,000–$85,000.
