Manage full life-cycle recruitment for various departments including Client Development, Wealth Management, Wealth Solutions, Technology, and other corporate functions.
Source and screen passive candidates through creative and strategic methods while building a network for current and future opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the VP of Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategies and provide exceptional candidate experiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Experience and Requirements:

BA/BS highly preferred with 2+ years of fast-paced recruiting experience; financial services or RIA industry experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with recruiting systems, especially Greenhouse.
Willingness to travel occasionally and maintain a professional home office environment.
