Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Print (Midwest)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed all Region revenue, profit and expense objectives
• Carries out management responsibilities, including, but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training; appraising performance
• Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Vice President-Sales

Qualifications:

• Requires very good understanding of sales and sales management principles, which is typically seen with 4+ years of sales management experience
• Demonstrates successful selling abilities, including cold calling, as well as strong products and services knowledge as it relates to the printing industry
• Requires ingenuity, resourcefulness and creativity

Additional Information:

• RRD's current salary range for this role is $102,800 to $164,400 / year
