Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier I IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Perform first call resolution and document incidents clearly.
- Collaborate with Tier II staff for escalation and resolution.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills and flexibility for 24/7 shifts including weekends and overnight.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Five9 is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Target hourly range: $15.00 - $18.00.
- Full-time employees receive health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and vacation time.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a drug screen.
