The Opportunity:
- Data privacy is a strategic challenge at the intersection of AI governance, data operations, and customer trust.
- DataGrail launched the first agentic privacy platform and is scaling rapidly.
- As a Technical Success Engineer, you're the first line of support, investigating bugs and partnering with Customer Success.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as tier 1 technical support, resolving requests and escalating when needed.
- Investigate and reproduce bugs, then escalate to Engineering with clear repro steps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer-blocking issues and shape features.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong technical background from engineering, support, or implementation roles.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, and ability to dig through logs.
- An AI-first mindset, using tools like Claude daily to improve workflows.
