Responsibilities:
- Cultivate trusted relationships with enterprise customers and drive adoption of product features to ensure value realization.
- Act as a strategic advisor to help customers achieve their goals and develop tailored strategies for growth and retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with account teams to identify upsell and renewal opportunities and execute on them effectively.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to address technical issues and deliver seamless customer solutions.
Operational Excellence:
- Leverage AI tools and internal systems to streamline workflows and enhance the quality of customer interactions.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product and e-commerce trends to proactively share insights with customers and the team.
