About the Role:
- You'll own customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
- You'll serve as a trusted partner helping customers achieve their goals.
- You'll work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
- Drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Monitor customer health and manage renewals.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment.
