Responsibilities:
- Maintains a strong understanding of the latest partner's products and solutions.
- Develops net new partner sales opportunities by data mining.
- Maximizes partner's deal registration opportunities by monitoring and participating in effective execution of special pricing programs.
Key Functions:
- Provides prospects with manufacturer’s product information, benefits and comparisons.
- Follows up on a prospect's interest level with a virtual or an in person meeting, when possible.
- Generates initial sales and follows up with the prospect on additional business opportunities.
Tasks:
- Sets up new customer including but not limited to price matrix, standards, custom catalog, web login, etc.
- Provides complex quotes and RMA denials.
- Manages challenging logistics and customer issues.
