What You'll Do:
- Customize initial discussions based on patient needs, ensuring they understand program benefits.
- Manage calls, emails, and voicemails, processing referrals and scheduling appointments.
- Perform data entry, maintain EMR records, and attend clinical meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in customer service or healthcare.
- Excellent English communication and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, EMR, and typing speed of 60 wpm.
