About the Role:

• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top talent for behavioral health organization.
• Manage recruitment process from candidate identification to phone screening and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Senior People Operations Generalist to meet multi-site staffing needs nationally.

Qualifications:
