Essential Functions:
- Articulate brand, mission, and values to resonate with candidates.
- Manage recruiting and support onboarding processes.
- Develop and execute recruiting programs and sourcing strategies.
Desired Competencies:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving.
- Professional, team-oriented, and able to drive recruitment strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a recruiter role, preferably in healthcare.
- Minimum 1 year in mental health recruitment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
