Job Description
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will understand internal customers' needs and facilitate setting project goals and objectives. They will discern business needs, analyze for impact and opportunity, collaborate with stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor. This role translates business requirements and process needs into actionable technical requirements.
Daily tasks include facilitating meetings for requirements gathering, refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), enablement, configuring Salesforce and other SaaS tools per requirements, and managing projects. Also responsible for recommending, configuring, and integrating 3rd party tools, conducting testing and tracking issues and their resolution, and creating business process documentation.
Additionally, this role stays up to date on Salesforce releases and relevant tools, delivers user training, and presents on project launches.
