The Role:
- Be the technical expert in supporting IT by configuring ITOM Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices.
- Support engagements for ITOM specific areas such as Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping and integrations.
- Advise customers on how to take advantage of ServiceNow ITOM Solution’s standard capabilities.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an IT environment, providing thought leadership to IT sponsors/stakeholders.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
