About the Role:
- You will be a key strategic contributor selling to independent restaurants in person.
- You will take ownership of revenue generation, qualify leads, and manage your pipeline.
- You will develop a territory plan and outbound referral strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Within 30 days: Complete onboarding, learn product and customer needs, and develop territory plan.
- Within 60 days: Drive full-cycle sales, manage relationships, and exceed quota.
- Within 90 days: Shape sales strategy, audit pipeline, and contribute to team growth.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 3+ years of outside/field sales experience with consistent over-achievement.
- You are curious about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales culture and are coachable.
