Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Set clear goals and hold the team accountable to outcomes.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new CSMs as the team grows.
Customer Portfolio Management:
- Own the health and retention of the Commercial & SMB portfolio.
- Run recurring risk and renewal review cadence.
- Ensure every at-risk account has a clear action plan and owner.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Deal Desk for renewals and expansions.
- Translate customer feedback into recommendations for Product and Support.
- Represent the voice of the customer in strategic discussions.
