Key Responsibilities:
- Build forecasting methodology and run pipeline reviews with leadership.
- Oversee GTM tech stack including HubSpot and AI automation tools.
- Design compensation plans and capacity planning with CRO and finance.
About You:
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy at a high-growth startup.
- Experience as first RevOps hire building the function from scratch.
- Track record of designing GTM compensation plans and enterprise forecasting.
