Recruiter - Sales

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Build proactive talent pipelines for sales roles through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate experience, communication, motivation, and sales ability.
• Own candidate communication and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

You SHOULD Apply If:

• You have 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on recruiting salespeople.
• You are comfortable sourcing candidates and making hiring recommendations.
• You understand performance-driven environments and can manage multiple roles.
