- Scale challenges of designing org structure for a globally distributed, senior engineering population across Africa, Europe and the UK.
What You'll Do:
- Lead org design including workforce planning, levelling and team transformation in a scaling and reshaping function.
- Own end-to-end people partnering for Engineering and Product, with a Senior People Partner reporting to you.
- Use people analytics and employee relations expertise to turn data into decisions on capability, attrition and cost.
