Strategic Partner Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners from scratch.
  • Design and execute joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans aligning JumpCloud’s goals with the partner’s business model.
  • Integrate ISV partners to create a "better together" value proposition.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from generating inbound interest to closing complex deals alongside partner teams.
  • Resolve deal registration conflicts between internal teams and external partners with emotional intelligence.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and pitch to C-suite stakeholders.

Technical & Product Acumen:

  • Understand Security-as-a-Service or infrastructure software.
  • Translate technical features into business value for partners and their end customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing and product teams to create localized webinars, campaigns, and training materials.
  • Ensure partner compliance with official programs and legal agreements.
